Scope, Budgets, Timelines, Review

We work with the client to determine the exact needs of the project. Fixtures? Controls? Design Assists? Specific Location Nuances? Timeframes? Does the project need a VE?
We flush all this out to achieve a unified image/solution our client needs to make a project successful. This step involves a design set review to help identify scope gaps between disciplines to assist the team in the smooth project flow.

Organization, Procurement, Staging, Logistics

We provide a strong level of organization for materials.  Once in our sorting facilities, we detail label every box for the project. When materials arrive onsite installers know the exact contents of the box, its designation on the project, simplifying the installation process providing clarity. Packages are supplied with cut sheets and installation manuals that are customized to the client’s project at hand.

CA, Commissioning, Turnover, Warranty Support, System Expansion

Our staff assists the entire project team with lighting related questions that come up during installation and construction. When the project is ready to go, we communicate with factory reps and contractors to assist in the commissioning of the systems, working with our client to reach the desired state for project turnover. After completion, we continue with warranty support and are available to advise on system expansion to assure continuity.
